– Online or London clinic
– Review of previous symptoms, and discussion of any new symptoms
– Review and explanation of any new test results, in context with your symptoms
– Modified elimination plan, designed to be followed for up to 6 months
– Email/WhatsApp support with your therapist for 8 weeks following your appointment
